Pickup Policy

Orders are placed online but payment can be processed in one of the following ways;

Payment can be completed directly through the website, the accepted payment methods are the following: Debit, Credit, Apple Pay and Google pay;

Payment can also be completed in person at the time of pickup at the designated local shop: Kachvi Crystals #254- 1200 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa ON K1K 3B8;

Accepted payment methods are determined by the pickup location and will be communicated in advance;

Accepted payment methods in the physical location at the moment are : Cash, debit, credit, contactless (we accept AMEX and American Express cards);

Failure to pick up and pay for an order within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

Conditions for pickup are the following : Ready to sell items are items that were already in stock and made before purchase (customized items are in the following category). When you reserve a piece from the online store. You have up to 30 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase again on the store within a week.​

Custom-made are items that were made upon request. Customized items are pre-made items with additional customization. When you request a piece from our contact form. You will receive an email once the items has been created.  You then have up to 60 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, you will receive a reminder email to pickup the order. If the pickup delay goes beyond the 60 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase on the store within a week, even if custom-made.

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.
