These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products offered by Witchm.e.d. By accessing this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or comply, please do not use our website.

This website is intended to showcase our jewelry and provide information about our products. No payments are processed through the website.

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the website or its content without our written permission;

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Products and craftsmanship

All items sold by Witchm.e.d is designed and handcrafted using copper and natural crystals. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in color, shape, texture, or size;

  • Natural crystals may contain inclusions, variations, or imperfections, which are not considered defects;

  • Product photos are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the final item.

These characteristics are part of the authenticity and value of handmade craftsmanship.

Pricing and availability

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated;

  • Prices are subject to change without notice;

  • Pricing and the renewal of out-of-stock items are not guaranteed, as they depend on the availability and market price of raw materials (copper, crystals, and related supplies);

  • Adding an item to your cart or reserving it does not guarantee availability until pickup is confirmed.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Orders, payments and pickup

  • Orders are placed online but payment is not accepted on the website a the moment;

  • Payment must be completed in person at the time of pickup at the designated local shop: Kachvi Crystals #254- 1200 St Laurent Blvd, Ottawa ON K1K 3B8;

  • Accepted payment methods are determined by the pickup location and will be communicated in advance;

  • Accepted payment methods at the moment are : Cash, debit, credit, contactless (we accept AMEX and American Express cards);

  • Failure to pick up and pay for an order within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

  • Conditions for pickup are the following : Ready to sell items are items that were already in stock and made before purchase (customized items are in the following category). When you reserve a piece from the online store. You have up to 30 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase again on the store within a week.​

  • Custom-made are items that were made upon request. Customized items are pre-made items with additional customization. When you request a piece from our contact form. You will receive an email once the items has been created.  You then have up to 60 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, you will receive a reminder email to pickup the order. If the pickup delay goes beyond the 60 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase on the store within a week, even if custom-made.

  • Ownership of the product transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Exchanges and No-refund policy 

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, including but not limited to change of mind, preference, or sizing issues;

 

We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition (no chipping on stones or visible damage);

  • The exchange request must be made within 15 days of pickup;

  • Proof of purchase is required;

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange.

Witchm.e.d. reserves the right to refuse an exchange if one or more of the previously stated conditions is not fulfilled.

Care and responsibility

  • Once the product has been picked up, the customer is responsible for proper care and use of the jewelry. We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, exposure to chemicals, or water damage;

  • Natural oxidation or patina development on copper, which is a normal and expected characteristic of the material.

  • Care instructions are provided as guidance only.

Intellectual property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Witchm.e.d unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

  • We also state that this website has been made entirely by hand without AI. Making the unconsented use of our content, theft.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Witchm.e.d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products;

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection laws.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms unless explicitly stated otherwise.
