• A Celestite crystal cluster
• Three opal chips

Care Advice :

Copper in its pure form can oxydise with time simply by being in contact with air. To keep your piece of copper as shiny and bright as the day you bought it, you might need to polish it. For jewelry pieces, the natural rubbing of the skin will suffice to keep it nice. Although if the item is not meant to be worn (wands and dowsing rods), a gentle washing with soap and warm water will clean it without risks of damage.

At Witchm.e.d, we believe our pieces can last forever. In that thought, we do not provide refunds. However in case of dissatisfaction or defect. We encourage you to reach out through our contact form. We will then offer to repair your item or exchange it for an item of similar value. Please note that we deserve ourselves the right to refuse a return if the justification does not correspond to the previous statement.

For ready pre-made items :

Ready to sell items are items that were already in stock and made before purchase (customized items are in the following category). When you reserve a piece from the online store. You have up to 30 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase again on the store within a week.

 

For custom-made and customized items:

Custom-made are items that were made upon request. Customized items are pre-made items with additional customization. When you request a piece from our contact form. You will receive an email once the items has been created.  You then have up to 60 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, you will receive a reminder email to pickup the order. If the pickup delay goes beyond the 60 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase on the store within a week, even if custom-made.
