You have up to 30 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase again on the store within a week.
For custom-made and customized items:
Custom-made are items that were made upon request. Customized items are pre-made items with additional customization. When you request a piece from our contact form. You will receive an email once the items has been created. You then have up to 60 days to come pick it up in our physical location. If the pickup delay goes beyond 30 days, you will receive a reminder email to pickup the order. If the pickup delay goes beyond the 60 days, the order will be automatically deleted. As we are a small business, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our work. If your order is cancelled, the item will be available for purchase on the store within a week, even if custom-made.
